However, whilst location is important, we were founded out of a genuine desire to offer the best possible level of service to our landlords and tenants.  Therefore, we focus on providing a quality service to Landlords & their tenants. As landlords ourselves, we understand the frustrations often felt when trying to let and manage property. We’ve also had some fantastic experience in residential lettings in both the independent and corporate sectors, and as business owners, which has given us an insight in what works and just as importantly, does not work!  We can even guarantee your rent for you so your investment is protected even further.  Were bespoke in that we work with our clients in the way in which they want to us to, thus ensuring you receive the best possible service and are kept updated at all times as well.

We’re professionally qualified as well as licensed members of ARLA Propertymark (Association of Residential Agents) – after all would you entrust your child to an unqualified teacher?  No you would not, yet many investors/landlords entrust what may be their greatest financial asset into the hands of unqualified and inexperienced agents, in what is a totally unregulated industry. Thats a frightening thought, isnt it ..........?  We also hold Client Money Protection Insurance via ARLA Propertymark as well.
